As with any remodeling project, they encountered unexpected structural oddities and dealt with them efficiently and creatively. They were here quite some time but my house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived and the end result of their fine work was just beautiful.

We recently got our new windows in. I can't stop raving about how amazing Rob Y. and Mike were. Rob Y. treated our home like it was his own. He worked quickly but the quality was always there. I was surprised at how well everything was cleaned up. That red carpet service is no joke, they even vacuumed the saw dust out of the driveway. I honestly can't say enough good things about the team that was put together for our job. From Mike coming out and showing us what Renewal has to offer and being honest and not pushy with us. To Raymond who was always in contact with us so we were not left in the dark about anything. Seth came out to measure our windows and made sure we had all the information and answered any questions I had. Seth even came out on the last day of the job to make sure everything was going well and we were happy. This team everyone of them has contacted us to make sure we are happy with the job that was done. To make sure we don't have any unanswered questions. We are so lucky that even though we choose Renewal for our windows this team was put together for our job. We 100% would want this team to work with again if and when we have other needs. After researching for a while I had settled on Andersen Windows. Made the call and set up an appointment for their Project Manager (Bruce) to come out and give me an estimate. Very professional and knowledgeable. He led me through the choices and pricing. I decided to do half of my windows and do the other half later in the year. These are very good windows so I knew they would be a little more expensive than others. I got a good discount. I got a call after a few days to set up a measuring of windows with their Installation Manager (Scott). Again very professional. Everything was ordered and an installation date set. Installation was again very professional and courteous (Rick and Lane). I replaced two windows and a patio door. They were done in about 5 hours and everything looks very good. I am very happy I went with Andersen, now that I have them in my house I can't wait to do the other half. Air-tightness, noise reduction and not hearing the furnace kick on as much is wonderful to have. I highly recommend them. Thank you!
We had a wonderful experience with David Roland today. We were contacted previously about what time the Project Manager would arrive. He was prompt and courteous. He was very easy to talk to. He explained everything from the beginning in a non-confrontational way. He took time to show us different types of windows and why Renewal By Andersen was a better quality window. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy as some salesmen are. Unfortunately we are not going with the Anderson windows because of our budget, but I would recommend David anytime.
I knew I needed to replace a lot of my windows. So, when the Renewal by Anderson salesman knocked on my door, I figured it was time. After the Salesman and Project Manager, Larry Beber, finished showing me the product, I was so impressed that I placed my order. Its an amazing company, every step of the way. Raymond kept me informed, Scott, the Installation Manager, came out and double-checked measurements. The installation date was set and, even though it was snowing the morning of the first installation day, the most impressive Lead installer, Gilbert Hernandez, showed up with his crew to start the job. Gilbert, Junior, and Reuben took out and replaced 17 windows in 3 days with speed, and precision. They were very personable and professional and amazing craftsmen. The whole experience was excellent.
